I’ll be the first to admit it. I like crazy ideas. It goes against being a mom (although being a mom is a crazy idea, now that I’ve come to think about it).
But here goes.
I’m considering packing my kids in our car and driving 12 hours over the course of two days. Then taking about 39 hours off of driving. And then turning around for another 12 hours in two days.
Am I nuts?
For those who’d care to see the route, here it is:
The motivation for this madness?
Discipleship International, a multiethnic church, is launching in Lilburn, Georgia.
Although their launch team has grown significantly since we left, these people were our home and family when we returned to the States last January. And our hearts are with them as they take this next step.
Wouldn’t want to miss it for the world.
My husband, who doesn’t have time to drive on account of two classes, will fly.
So am I nuts?
(And know, of course, that if you tell me that I am, I reserve the right to continue with my madness!)
